If informal resolution is not possible, disputes may be referred to the competent courts of the applicable jurisdiction. b9gane does not submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Pakistani courts and users in Pakistan are reminded that the legality of online gambling under Pakistani law remains subject to the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977, and any subsequent legislative developments.

Nothing in this clause affects any statutory rights you may have as a consumer under applicable law.
